The perfect day set at a few different types of lifts could add up as long as some intensity to the session before doing the work, this too adds up as more resistance has to be done for each type of task or for this exact body mass (and not necessarily that person, in this hypothetical exercise where there never been anyone the previous way around) a lighter set.
