The Hinton Police Department released this picture Sunday: At 2:19 p.m. on Easter afternoon June 20, 2015 at Staretto Parkway-Emanuel (Mills-Mills), the officers were dispatched, advising them that a woman attempting to walk under traffic lights could not safely do so between Staretto Parkway-Mellow's and Cushing Springs on Mill Springs Parkway south of Sterete Avenue. An Indiana woman whose driver was caught red-handed killing someone is facing multiple vehicle traffic violations and faces deportation.
