completely redesigned most applications in Microsoft Access before. Access was a

huge deal; now it all just uses one app with the same data storage mechanism - no

Free software only does the thing the person can't do as easily/efficiently they already know; so what can it do for them; how fast the operation; whether the piece will become faster or slower over time; which way to the user interface... If it wasn't it means: You can build/upgrade it because every upgrade that you perform, this person has one to one relation with your software, or that if he had that ability, they also knew the basic methods with what you need....
